Acceptance of terms
If you use our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to act for it and to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree with any condition, do not use the services.
Services offered
In9 Mídia provides, as software as a service (SaaS):
- Neonews: digital signage, corporate TV, indoor media and menu board platform;
- Neonews Studio: app to manage content and campaigns from your phone;
- SGA: service management system for issuing and calling queue tickets;
- Equipment, installation and custom services, when purchased under a specific commercial proposal.
Registration and account
To use the platforms you must create an account with true, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login and password confidential and for all activity in your account, including by users you invite.
Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach of your account.
Trial period
We offer a 30-day free trial with no obligation to subscribe. At the end of the trial, access may be suspended if no plan is purchased, and trial account data may be deleted after prior notice.
Plans, payment and renewal
Plans are available on a monthly, semiannual or annual basis, according to the prices and features shown on the plans page or in the commercial proposal.
- Fees are charged in advance, at the start of each subscription period;
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand;
- Late payment may result in suspension of access, after notice;
- Prices may be adjusted at renewal, with at least 30 days' prior notice.
- Online payments are processed by Paddle.com, the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for our orders.
Acceptable use
When using the services, you may not:
- Publish content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, misleading or that infringes third-party rights, including copyright and image rights;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data of other customers;
- Copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the platforms;
- Resell, sublicense or make the services available to third parties without written authorization;
- Send viruses or malicious code, or take actions that harm the stability of the services.
Customer content
You retain ownership of the images, videos, text and other content you publish on the platforms and are solely responsible for it. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display this content solely to provide the services you subscribed to.
Intellectual property
The platforms, trademarks, logos, templates, code and materials of In9 Mídia are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of your plan.
Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the services continuously available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or factors beyond our control, such as internet, power or third-party service failures. Support is provided through the channels listed on the support page.
Cancellation and suspension
You may cancel your subscription at any time through our service channels. Access remains active until the end of the period already paid, and any refunds follow our Refund Policy.
In9 Mídia may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, upon notice, without prejudice to any applicable legal measures.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, In9 Mídia is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages or losses arising from content published by the customer, misuse of the services, or failures of third-party equipment and connections. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers under Brazilian law.
Privacy and personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platforms, and continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Salvador, Bahia, are elected as the venue, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file claims in the courts of their own domicile.
