Data Collected
We collect information customers provide when registering for trial access to our services, hiring our services or contacting us through the forms available on our website.
When there is an interaction with our services, we collect your personal data in different categories:
- Trial service registration: we collect name, email, phone and location;
- Support contact: we collect name, email, description and location;
- Contact forms: we collect name, email, phone, description and location;
- Service hiring: for companies, we collect corporate name, establishment name, tax ID, email, phone and business address. For individuals, name, personal tax ID, email, phone and residential address;
- Automatically, we collect IP address, operating system, browser, geolocation information and device identifier.
Facebook and Instagram Integration
We may request authorizations to obtain data from Facebook and/or Instagram social networks. The request is made by our Digital Signage application inside the NeoNews Studio platform.
Requested permissions include user_profile (Instagram), user_media (Instagram), manage_pages (Facebook) and manage_show_list (Facebook).
We obtain read-only user data: id and username.
We also obtain read-only feed data: id, caption, media_type, media_url, thumbnail_url and timestamp.
The data obtained will not be shared with third parties.
We use this data exclusively for display on our platform through campaigns and players predefined by users who have the proper permissions in NeoNews Studio.
We are restricted to the following terms of use: Facebook Terms of Service and Instagram Terms of Use.
To disable the use of this data in our system, just follow the Facebook and/or Instagram step-by-step instructions.
Use of your personal data

- To keep you informed about the status of our services;
- To send information about services and solutions;
- To send financial data after formal service hiring;
- To fulfill our contractual obligations with you or your company;
- To notify you about changes to our products and services;
- To carry out internal operations, including support, troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research and statistics;
- To strengthen our security and protection procedures, aiming to provide a safer and more effective service;
- To provide information about other services and/or products we offer, similar to those already hired by you;
- To evaluate or understand the effectiveness of advertising we run, aiming to provide relevant advertising to you;
- To manage risks and detect, prevent and/or remedy fraud or other potentially illegal or prohibited activities, as well as violations of applicable policies, contracts or terms of use;
- As necessary, to establish, exercise and defend rights in judicial, administrative or arbitration proceedings;
- To comply with legal or regulatory obligations, or as required in a legal proceeding by any law enforcement or government authority with jurisdiction, or claiming jurisdiction, over In9 Mídia Soluções Digitais;
- For other purposes for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection, or otherwise as authorized or required by law.
Data Deletion
To delete your data, navigate to Administration > Settings and click the Delete Account button.
Your rights
The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) gives customers the right to request information about processed data at any time through a formal request.
